SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 c. sliced squash 4 tbsp. chopped onion 3 tbsp. butter 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. medium Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 tsp. garlic salt Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook squash and onions 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and add butter; let melt. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour, uncovered. |
