CHEESE OLIVE SQUARES 
6 slices bread (spread 1 side of each slice with butter; shred and set aside)
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, 1 c. shredded
1/2 c. finely chopped ripe olives
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix olives and pimentos in bowl; mix in the shredded cheese.

Spread each slice with 3 tablespoons of mixture. Arrange slices on broiler rack and place under broiler with tops about 3 inches from heat. Broil 1-2 minutes or until bubbling hot.

To serve, trim crusts off and cut slice into 4 squares. 2 dozen.
