“BUTTERMILK PASTA SALAD” IS IN:

BUTTERMILK PASTA SALAD 
1 c. creamy buttermilk dressing
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. spiral pasta, cooked
2 c. broccoli florets, partially cooked
1 small red pepper, sliced thin
1/4 c. raisins
1 green onion, sliced

In bowl, combine buttermilk dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Add pasta, broccoli, red pepper, raisins and green onion; mix lightly but thoroughly. Spoon mixture into lettuce-lined bowl.

Makes 6-8 servings.
