2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins

Mix sugar and oil, then add one egg at a time. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Add apples, nuts and raisins. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. This cake is better the next day!
