BUTTERNUT SQUASH 
1 med. size squash
4 tbsp. butter
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Cut squash in quarters, peel and cut into smaller pieces. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain, add rest of the ingredients and mash. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with (mixed) 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup pecans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
