MAKE AND BAKE CHICKEN - LOW
CHOLESTEROL
 
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. canola oil

Mix and blend all seasonings in bowl. Coat pieces of chicken in this mixture and place in a shallow baking dish on cookie sheet. Cover with foil. Place in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered 30 minutes more or until brown.

Step Saver: Store remainder of mixture in jar or bag. Freeze. Use at any time no need to thaw.
