PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cut butter in quarters or use mini marshmallows. Add pineapple and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, add vanilla and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped cream and chill thoroughly and serve.
