PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip topping
1 c. coconut

Cook cake mix as directed. Cook pineapple and sugar to form a syrup. Punch holes in cake and pour pineapple syrup over cake while hot. Mix pudding and spread on cake. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with coconut. May sprinkle with walnuts, if desired.
