CHILE CHEESE LOG 
3/4 lb. grated American cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chili powder

Three or four days before you wish to serve this thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into 2 thin logs. On waxed paper sprinkled with chili powder, roll each cheese log, coating evenly with chili powder. Wrap well and let ripen in refrigerator. Serve with assorted crackers.
