1 yellow cake mix
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1/2 c. water

Spread cake mix (dry) in cake pan. Place peaches evenly over mix. Pour juice from peaches over mix and peaches. Dot with butter. Add water over mixture and evenly sprinkle sugar over cake. Do not mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
