MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
Pinch of red pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. chopped red onion
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 c. Accent
1 clove garlic, quartered
1 c. wine vinegar

Wash and drain mushrooms. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate. Marinate for at least 24 hours, turning twice.
