PIER 4 MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. tarragon or oregano
1 clove of minced garlic (or garlic powder to taste)
1/2 tsp. each: salt, sugar and pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
16 oz. mushrooms

Rinse and slice mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in large covered container and mix well. Marinate overnight. Great summer or holiday appetizer!
