1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Beat for 10 minutes with electric hand mixer. Divide into 2 loaf pans, lightly greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
