BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE IN THE WORLD 
2 sqs. or 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. water
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs, beaten

Put chocolate and butter in water and microwave until melted and glossy. Add rest of ingredients in order. Beat it for two minutes or until batter is thin. Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. No frosting needed.

SOUR MILK:

1 tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. reg. milk
