BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 sq. melted baking chocolate
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar well. Then add sifted dry ingredients. Add milk and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add unbeaten eggs to mixture. Beat for 2 minutes longer. Add melted chocolate last. Mix well. Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees in a tube pan or 9 inch square pan. Frost with your favorite frosting.
