BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 (8 oz.) box noodles
1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans whole mushrooms, or fresh
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. sour cream

Prepare noodles, stir in butter, set aside. Cut steak in slices. In small bowl, stir flour, mustard, salt, pepper and mushrooms, with their liquid until blended.

In skillet heat 4 tablespoons butter. Cook onion about 5 minutes. Add steak and cook until lightly browned. Stir in mushroom mixture and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through, do not boil. Serve with noodles. Serves 6.
