BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sour cream
Chopped onion can be added

Brown meat and onions. Pour off grease. Add rest of ingredients except sour cream. Cover and cook 1/2 hour. Add sour cream in small amounts. Stir after each addition. Return to heat and cook 5 minutes. Stir constantly, do not boil. Serve over cooked noodles.
