BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. mashed ripe bananas 2 eggs 2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped pecans In mixer bowl cream together sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in banana and eggs. Add biscuit mix and pecans. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too quickly. Cool thoroughly. |
