CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
9 x 13 inch pan 3 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned & boned Boiled savings of broth (10 3/4 oz. soup can size) 1 can mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms, drained 1 pt. sour cream 1 box Stove Top stuffing 1/2 c. butter (1 stick) Spread chicken in bottom of sprayed pan, add mushrooms. Mix 1/2 can broth with mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread dry stuffing mix over the mixture and pour 1/2 can of remaining broth over dressing. Dot with cubes of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
