NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1-1/4 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water
1 egg

Blend flour and Crisco in a bowl until completely mixed together. In another bowl, mix egg, vinegar and water. Add to dry mixture and roll dough out. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
