PIZZA ROLL
1 loaf Rich's bread dough
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 (12 oz.) pre-sliced pkg. of pepperoni
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can of Italian tomato paste

Brown the meat. While it is cooking, roll out the bread dough for about 1/4" thickness. It's best to take the dough out of the freezer and allow it to thaw in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. The dough should be rolled out in a rectangular shape. Drain the meat. Crumble it evenly across the dough.

Next lay the pieces of pepperoni over the hamburger. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the pepperoni. Bring the dough together at the top. Toothpicks and a little water always help.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. While it is baking mix the paste with water to desired thickness. After the pizza roll is done, put the sauce on the side to dip the pizza roll in or you can split the pizza roll and spread the sauce inside.

Rich's bread dough is found in the freezer section. Any type of meat can be used, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon.
