PIZZA ROLL 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Italian sausage (can use pepperoni)
Mushrooms
Green pepper
1 sm. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Thaw loaf of frozen bread 1 1/2 - 2 hours or cover and thaw overnight in refrigerator. Roll out to 12x15 inch size on counter.

Melt 1/2 cup butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, the oregano and Italian seasoning.

Take 3/4 of the butter mixture and with pastry brush spread on the bread (not too close to the edge).

Put cooked, drained sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and cheese on the bread (not too close to the edges).

Roll up dough jelly-roll style and pinch edges together. Put on cookie sheet, seam-side down. Brush with the rest of the butter mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Slice and serve.
