PORK WITH VEGETABLES 
1 can (16 oz.) Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 c. 3/4 inch pieces cooked pork
1 1/2 c. pork or beef gravy
1 c. 1/4 inch diagonal slices celery (about 2 medium stalks)
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) sliced pimientos, drained
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart microwavable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 6 minutes; stir. Cover and microwave until hot and bubbly 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles if desired. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
