SWEET SOUR PORK & VEGETABLES 
2 lb. cubed pork
1 med. onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen green beans
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 c. cooked rice

Brown meat lightly in small amount of shortening or oil. Add onion, cook until tender. Add next 7 ingredients to meat; mix well. Cover pan, simmer for 45 minutes. Add beans. Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water; add to meat mixture to thicken. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4-6.
