CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
3/4 c. butter
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. flour

Melt butter and chocolate together. Beat the remaining ingredients together. Add chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and then frost.

FROSTING FOR BROWNIES:

2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
2-3 tbsp. milk
1 1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
5 drops green food color

Mix the frosting well. Spread over the brownies. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes and top carefully with chocolate glaze.

GLAZE:

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 3 tablespoons butter in microwave or in saucepan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
