CHOCOLATE MINT BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
12 oz. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cream together 1 cup sugar and 1 stick butter. Add 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat well. Add 1 can Hershey's syrup, 1 cup flour and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes in a jelly roll pan.

Cream together 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 stick butter. Add 1 tablespoon milk, 1/2 teaspoon peppermint flavoring, 2-3 tablespoons creme de menthe syrup. Mix together and spread on cooled brownies.

Melt 12 oz. chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons vegetable oil and spread over mint mixture.
