MILLION DOLLAR POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. tub butter (Promise)
Egg substitute equivalent to 6 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1/4 c. skim milk
3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream sugar and butter together about 7 minutes. Add extracts and flavoring, milk, flour, salt and baking powder mixing well. Add egg substitute a small amount at a time and beat well after each addition. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan and bake in a 325 degree oven for 85 to 90 minutes. Cool cake in pan 10 minutes before removing.

GLAZE:

May be glazed with 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1/4 cup lemon juice immediately after removing cake from oven.
