BENJIE ROBERTS' MINI - MAGIC
MEAT BALLS
 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. sm. torn pieces white bread (about 2 slices) (may use blender or food processor)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes

MAGIC SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
1/3 c. lemon juice

Blend ingredients together. Add:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except Magic Sauce. Shape meat mixture into 1 inch balls and arrange in large glass baking dish. Pour Magic Sauce over meat balls. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until done. If necessary, spoon off excess fat.
