Aunt Emily's Cake

 Anne (Virginia) says:
The "Emily" refers to Emily Dickinson. Just had this cake over the weekend. Someone else did all the work. Rather dense, but quite good. Pretty cool to be eating a piece of history. Make this for the literature/poetry lovers in your life.
