KEY LIME CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. Royal key lime pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar

Combine Royal Key lime pie filling and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan. Gradually add water and egg yolks, stirring to keep mixture smooth. Cook over medium high heat. Stirring mixing until it starts to boil. If undissolved break flavor capsule and stir into filling. Cool slightly about 10 minutes. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat until soft peaks form. Stir filling into meringue. Turn into baked and cooled pie shell. 4 hours. If you want Key Lime meringue pie just put the meringue mixture on top and brown.

I have been trying to find Royal Key Lime Pie Filling. All of our local Winn-Dixie's, Publix, Food Lion, and Albertson's have stopped carrying that line. Do you know where it can be purchased? I am willing to pay for shipping, if I just knew where to look.

I have the same problem as Katherine I have looked every where for Royal key lime pie filling and it is no where to be found. I just hate it when you find something that you really like and then all of the sudden you can no longer can find it. I live in the area of Jackson, and Hillsdale Michigan. I would be so ever greatful if I could find this Royal Key Lime Pie Filling once again. Thanks.

Have you ever tried Comstock Brand? Since moving to NY, that's the only brand I can find. I do like it and has exact results as Royal. Lisa

Can no longer find Royal brand mix but found other key lime pie mixes on Amazon like Dr. Oetker or San Sucre.
