ORANGE AND SESAME DRESSING 
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. tamari sauce
2 tbsp. Chinese sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 lg. clove of garlic, crushed

Combine everything; mix well. Yields 2 cups.
