GLUTEN FREE SUGAR FREE COCONUT MACAROONS | |
6 egg whites 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 3 cups shredded unsweetened coconut 1/4 tsp. liquid stevia In mixing bowl combine salt, vanilla, and egg whites and beat with electric mixer until firm, fluffy peaks form. Gently fold in coconut and stevia. On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop rounded spoonfuls of coconut and pinch slightly at the top to form a peak.
