NACHOS 
1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 c. sour cream

In frying pan add ground beef and onion brown well. Drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile place tortilla chips in 9 x 13 inch pan (baking dish). Top with ground beef, green peppers, tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle salsa over all.

Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with sour cream.
