BRUSSEL SPROUTS WITH
GRAPEFRUIT-BUTTER SAUCE
 
1 1/2 lbs. Brussel sprouts or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen Brussel sprouts
3 tbsp. frozen grapefruit juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
4 tbsp. butter

Wash Brussel sprouts and cook in small amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes or until tender (not mushy!). Heat the grapefruit juice concentrate and the butter together gently. Drain Brussel sprouts. Pour the grapefruit juice-butter mixture over the sprouts and continue heating until hot. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
