BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. steak
1 1/3 c. water
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 env. Lipton onion soup
2 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
Cooked noodles or rice

Trim off all fat from steak. Brown meat quickly in 3 tablespoons oil. Add water, mushrooms (including liquid). Stir in soup, heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour together, add to mixture. Stir and cook until thick. Pour over noodles or rice.
