CHICKEN ROSEMARY POTATOES 
3 lb. potatoes, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4 chicken breasts, boned with skin (8 halves)
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
4 cloves garlic
Salt
Pepper
Spray oil

Heat oven to 475 degrees.

Spray pan (jelly roll) with oil. Spread potatoes on pan and spray with oil. Bake 15 minutes.

While baking, mix garlic chopped well with rosemary. Place 1/2 teaspoon under skin of each breast. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.

Add remaining garlic-rosemary to potatoes. Place chicken, skin side up, on jelly roll pan. Spray all with oil. Bake 15 minutes more or until chicken is done.
