3-6 Heath bars, crushed
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
11 oz. Cool Whip (or more)
3 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3/4 c. Kahlua

Night before: Bake 2 (9 inch) round cakes. Cool. Poke holes in cake and pour Kahlua. Make pudding next day. Break cake in pieces. Put in large bowl. First you layer cake, pudding, Cool Whip, Heath bars and repeat until all gone. Spoon out. Enjoy!
