2 1/2 c. bread cubes
2 1/2 c. chocolate dairy drink
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Place bread in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat chocolate drink in double boiler over boiling water; add butter and stir until melted. Beat eggs lightly. Gradually add chocolate mixture, stirring. Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Place dish in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
