CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD PUDDING 
4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. mint chocolate chips
2 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. raisin bread cubes (no crust)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir in bread cubes, chocolate chips and walnuts. Turn into ungreased glass bread pan. Put bread dish into glass casserole and fill to an inch with hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes and serve warm with whipped cream.
