10-15 fronds of sweet fern, cut in pieces
1 to 1 1/2 qt. water

Boil the sweet fern in a saucepan until the water is well colored. Bottle and store the "tea" in the refrigerator. Dab the tea on the affected areas using a cloth or cotton ball. DO NOT RUB, and change to a clean cloth or cotton ball frequently to avoid spreading the rash.
