HOLIDAY EGGNOG 
10 beaten eggs
10 stiffly beaten egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
4 pts. milk
2 c. whipped heavy cream
Nutmeg

In large bowl combine yolks with sugar gradually. Beating constantly, fold in milk, egg whites and cream. Pour mixture in punch bowl and chill. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of individual servings. 40 cups.
