EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-7 med. potatoes
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Carnation evaporated milk
Salt to taste

Peel potatoes and slice very thin in a large bowl. Add soup, milk, and salt. Heat Cheez Whiz until it will pour, add to potatoes. Bake in a large, shallow dish at 350 to 375 degrees until brown. Check with a fork to see if potatoes are done.
