CITY CHICKEN 
1 medium pkg. stew beef
4 to 5 pork chops
flour, salt and pepper

You will need shish kabob sticks.

Cut up pork chops into bite size pieces. Do the same with the beef. Put beef, then pork on stick, following with second row.

Roll this in the flour, salt and pepper mixture and fry in heavy skillet, turning to brown evenly. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
