EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 (29 oz.) tomato paste, seasoned to taste
OR 1 lb. jar slow cooked style spaghetti sauce
1 sm. (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 med. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Jack cheese, grated
Medium Cheddar cheese, grated
1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked

In greased 9 x 13 x 3 inch pan spread 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom, then lay half of the noodles on top, then spread half of the Ricotta cheese on top, then half of the browned and drained meat, then the shredded Jack cheese, and some grated Mozzarella. Then another 1/3 of the sauce, the remaining noodles, the remaining Ricotta cheese, the remaining meat, the grated cheddar cheese, and some grated Mozzarella. Spread the remaining sauce on top and some more grated Mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and bubbly. Uncover for the last 15 minutes of baking.
