EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (26 oz.) canned whole tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 spaghetti sauce pkg.
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
8 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese

Brown meat. Drain grease. Add garlic and pepper. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes (mashed), tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes.

Meanwhile cook lasagna until tender. Drain and rinse. Heat oven at 350 degrees in baking dish. Pour 1/3 sauce, cover with lasagna. Arrange mozzarella cheese over that. Next spoon Ricotta cheese onto casserole. Repeat layering procedures ending with meat sauce. Put Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling.
