PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
1 lb. butter 2 lb. powdered sugar 16 oz. peanut butter 12 oz. semi-sweet chips 1 1/2 oz. melted wax Mix softened butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter until blended well. Make into 1 inch balls. Place on wax papered sheet pan and refrigerate until cold and firm. Melt chips and wax in double boiler and mix well. Take chilled peanut butter balls out of refrigerator. Stick with toothpick and dip in melted chocolate. Take out and dip in chilled water. Place on tray. |
