LIME-PEAR SALAD 
16 oz. can pears
3 oz. box lime Jello
3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Extra Cool Whip for topping

Drain off pear juice into microwave safe 2 cup measuring cup. Microwave pear juice until it boils. Remove - add lime Jello. Mix well. Refrigerate until almost set.

In a blender puree pears; add cream cheese. Blend. Add Jello mixture. Blend. Add Cool Whip. Blend. Pour into serving dishes. Refrigerate. Before serving top with more Cool Whip. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
