MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 sm. box elbow macaroni

Cook according to directions on box. Drain well when done.

Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with butter. Put 1 layer macaroni, salt and pepper, dot with butter. Put 1 (8 ounce) package of grated cheese. Repeat layers.

Beat 2 eggs and add enough milk to barely cover top of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
