AUNTIE GAYE'S SCALLOPED CABBAGE 
1 head white cabbage, cut up
1 cube butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Salt and Pepper
Garlic salt

Cook cut-up cabbage until tender; set aside. Combine flour and butter. Add milk, cheese and seasonings. Stir and cook until thick. Combine cabbage and sauce mixture. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
