1 head each Bib & Romaine lettuce
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 bags slivered almonds
2 scallions, chopped (not too lg.)
Girard's Champagne Dressing

Mix all ingredients, top with Girard's Dressing (a small amount is sufficient). Easy elegant dinner salad!
